I came today to have my S Outback for an oil change and tire rotation. When it’s done, I got home and inspect what I expected to be done, and only to find out that my tires was not rotated at all. I called Jaime Vega right away to let him know, then he told me to swing back so he could take care of the problem. I was not able to go back there because I was upset and disappointed for the service and trust that a costumer expected.
Accommodated everything I needed with a professional manner. I forgot my mask and was provided one with no judgement. A very good experience

Rafael was very pleasant during all our interactions. The only thing that was frustrating was he told me my car would be ready in about an hour and a half. After two and a half hours I hadn’t heard anything so I went from the waiting area to the service desks and waited for about 10 minutes before anyone asked to help. It was still another 45 minutes after that when my car was ready.
I understand that it’s hard to predict how long things may take on any given day, but I would have appreciated communication when things started to get delayed so I wouldn’t have to go investigating on my own
