My Subaru Ascent had a bad transmission, for a 2019 Model it is really disappointing.
The Sierra Subaru team works tiredly to approve the replacement of the transmission.
Rafael the manager did a great job he kept me informed about the progress of the repair and was very available to set a convenient appointment for me to get my car back.
Even if it is very disappointing for such a new car to have to replace the transmission, I was totally satisfied by the Sierra Subaru work who really try to help on the best and more convenient way.
