I want first start off with I typically don’t write comments unless my experience was beyond amazing. Victor from day one ensured I understood everything and guided me along to have a clear understanding every step of the way. He was always communicating with me about changes and always asking for my approval. He didn’t just deliver great work he went above and beyond. He’s passionate about what he does and ensures his costumers are aware of everything. I’m not sure who sees these comments but please give that man a raise, a bonus, something! He’s that great and a great asset to your company! (I’m not sure if he’s aware we write these, but if he does I want to say thank you so much Victor! My family and I are very grateful and we’re happy our Subaru was in great hands!
Rafael was very professional and courteous. He informed everything we needed to know about our vehicle. He let us know what need to be fixed and what need not to be fixed. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get my car fixed within the same day.
