I came in because my previous service wasn’t up to par. Fluids were missing. They recommended a battery service. But then my battery died and I was stranded. My battery in my key remote also died! What happened? I called back but there was no answer.

Awful poor service I went there with a very simple minor problem. A flat tire. They could NOT fix a flat cuz he couldn’t unlock the lock on my wheel. How dare me lost the tool. A Subaru Dealer from where I purchased my car doesn’t have a way to unlock a wheel. He told me he’ll have to charge me 150 dollars to break the lock plus 30 for fixing it, as if we have not purchased four cars in one year from Subaru. Never Subaru again, I’ll make all my family and friends know.
