I was really disappointed in my new car’s battery. I expected better quality from Subaru. Rafael helped me and was patient with me. I feel comforted that even when I was upset, he was doing his best to be helpful. He also provided timely update while I was waiting at a friend’s house.
I hope my car will not be giving me anymore problem considering it’s only driven for about 6000 miles.
