My service person arrived to work late but another service person checked me in so I wouldn’t have to wait.
The manager and Katherine were great. Steven did not keep in touch with me as he should have. After his initial contact with me, I didn’t hear from him for almost 2 weeks. I had to call him to find out what was going on. He told me different stories on different occasions. Once it was they were waiting for a part, then it was about a special tool, finally it was that they weren’t sure what was wrong. When it was discovered that the wiring needed work. He said someone pulled the wires through and frayed them. When I asked how that happened as you are the only place to have worked under the hood, he changed the story to a rodent must have chewed on it. I did not know what to believe or trust.

Victor was outstanding! Courteous, friendly, helpful and thorough. He told me approximately how long it would take.
We told him we would be going to breakfast during the servicing. He asked if we would like a ride over there and I thanked him and said we would walk. He told me he would call when our car was done.
We just finished breakfast when my phone reminded me I had a voice mail. He was informing us that the car was finished.
When we got back, he went carefully through the check list and explained in detail every aspect of the service, and I was impressed.
