The service to the car was good. But the service provided by the providers is very poor. It all started when I arrived at the service department I was the only one there but minutes later another customer arrived which he was first helped even though the customer told the first provide that I had arrived there before him which the service provider completely ignored. That should have been a sign about the service Sierra Subaru provides. I wasn't showed or directed to the customer lounge or even offer any refreshments which usually other dealers offer. My whole experience was not a good one at all and will be planning to take my vehicle to another Subaru dealer closer to my home. I had decided to do all the sevices at this location because we had a good experience shopping for the Crosstrek but it seems only the buying experience is the only focused at this dealer once you have the vehicle they just blow you off; hey you have the vehicle already you can do anything right... wrong I can find a better dealer that threats me with the respect and the service I deserve.

I asked them to please not rotate my tires and they did. I also asked them to check my a/c and they didn't. I usually deal with Johnny who is great but he got promoted.

Service Dept. answered my questions, polite, gave timely updates while waiting for car (perma plate) treatment. Eddie showed me the Parts dept. Tom in Parts was helpful with my purchase of a few items. People in Cafe were friendly without being bothersome while I waited for car to be perma treated. A pleasant experience, manners are so important. Thank you for your complete service :-)

After spending hundreds of dollars on cleanings and hearing about low quality fuel and unable to replicate problem, I'm told this latest service will fix the problem. I certainly hope so because I want to be a repeat customer, but your credibility is low and you'll need to rebuild trust.

Some Things that were noted as fixed were not fixed. I left my car with them for a week while away on vacation in hopes that I would not have to come back. Now I may have to drop my car off again for an extended amount of time and will need a rental car. I need to get more information about why these items were not fixed and what the next steps are.
