Keep customer update more often especially when the car is completely done With services and just waiting to be washed. So the customers have an option To skip the car wash if he or she is in a hurry to Pick up the car. Thanks.

Every aspect of my service experience from the easy check-in, to the free shuttle service, and the car wash were exceptional. Only problem is that the repair was not completed. The issue (a sensor fault) is back. They believed that the gas cap was not closed tightly enough which set off a sensor. After driving it for 2 days, the sensor went off again. I will bring it back in tomorrow.

This is my second Subaru and I have had service writers who greeted me at my car. No one came outside. Eventually an employee passing from one building to another invited me inside. I stood at the counter a while before being acknowledged. Very little customer service and I was disappointed.

Staff was very professional I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I was there the lobby was a big mess it needed a cleaning. This time it was clean and I was very happy.
