My wife took the car in for routine maintenance. She said the customer service was great. She had no complaints about how they treated her. She did tell me however that she was called and asked to return because the technicians forgot to return the wheel locks to the car. When i saw the car and asked her if they had offered her the complimentary carwash, she said that they had not. I don't know if it stopped being offered, but i had appreciated that service every other time i had been there. The starlink system is still a dissapointment. She asked about a software update and was told there was nothing available yet. This is not a sierra subaru issue, but my phone is older than the car and the car does not read the information from it correctly when it is linked. That and the fact that the brakes squeeled only a few months into us owning the car are the biggest lest down that we have had with subaru.

I love how accommodating the staff is. They offered me a ride and were punctual about picking me up once the car was ready. The driver is super nice and Jaime is the best. They answer all my questions and help me feel better about my concerns. Just super awesome.

Aaron did a great job helping me out in a last minute emergency. I was not impressed at all the first time around with Sierra's dealership and never wanted to come back due to the completely terrible service I received from Sales, but unfortunately this was an emergency and I could not go to my usual dealership. Aaron helped me out as much as he can once I explained the situation to him and Vahe. Aaron was courteous and worked quickly to help me be back on the road as soon as possible.
