I was originally told the car protective glaze would take 4 hours by les when The appointment was made for 8;30 I arranged for transportation. I was told when I arrived that it would take take about 6 hours. It took an hour to get a ride. I had planned to go to an art class but It was too late. So I was driven home. At just before 2:00 was told that my car done and a car was on the way to pick me up After several phone calls the car arrived at 4:10 Everyone was polite and apologetics but it did not go well for my first visit

Aaron was very helpful and respectful. He was mindful in knowing that I had just worked an overnight 12hr shift. My car was finished earlier than expected and I was very happy with the quality of service. I would highly recommend this employee to others.

Every dealership provides a car wash after a service. This is the first time I have ever been told that they could not provide a car wash. Inexcusable! Even Palm Springs provides it. I won't be back.
