Arthur was very helpful, polite, and genuinely interested in what was going on with me and my car. He's awesome. Subaru has always excelled at customer service, and Sierra Subaru tops all of the other dealerships I've worked with over the years (Timmons Long Beach, Santa Monica, Glendale, and even San Bernardino). I will trust my Outback to no one else but Sierra Subaru.

Mr. Warner had excellent customer service skills and provided a warm welcome. He made it easy and quick for me to leave my car so that I could quickly return to work. In addition, I received exceptional great work from the gentleman that washed my car. They were very detailed.
