Aaron was very helpful and went beyond his duties as he made sure I was able to comfortably work while I waited for my vehicle. He also helped explain some of the features that I was unsure of how they work in my vehicle. This is my second time at this dealership and so far I am impressed with the superb service I have received. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent car wash service and how friendly those employees are.
When I bought my Outback in October 2016, I purchased the service contract and was told that it included a free car wash and shuttle service. Not true. I was informed that car wash service has been discontinued and that the shuttle could take me home, but could not pick me up when my car was ready -- one way only. What!? You guys sold me on this to get me to buy the service coverage and then pulled it? I live a mile from the dealership. What a disappointment and huge inconvenience.

I found a tear in the passenger seat upholstery after driving my new car home. The part is currently backordered and I am awaiting replacement. Minor scratches, but otherwise satisfied.

All I can say is that majority of the times I've gone in for service Aaron has be the guy that help me out. Don't get me wrong everyone there is good but it's like going to a barber. Once you've gone and got good service you like to go to the same guy. Well that's the way I feel about Aaron. He's a good guy, always explains everything very detailed on everything. And he has gone out of his way to help me.
