I had a 10:00 appointment arrived early, 1 guy checking everyone in so I did not get paperwork until 10:30. Told would take 1hr to 1 ½ hr so have seat in waiting area. After sitting 30 min took walk around lot and saw my car was pulled from front area to staging area, waiting for service bay to open? After sitting for the 1 ½ hr, I am the only person left in waiting area and take another walk outside and see my car is still in same place it was parked 1 ½ hr ago. Came in and asked why is car still sitting there, service person went out, as I watched him talk to a tech, and THEN my car was moved into service bay and only 20 min later was “done” (problem NOT FIXED). If I did not ask why are you not working on my car, or left and waited for a call, with the easiest of problems to fix, it would have sat there all day. I sat there 3 hours when it took you guys 20 minute to say I need parts, AND I still have to bring it back in 1-2 weeks to have the work done. Let’s hope when I do I don’t need to remind your staff I am wasting my time sitting around while my car just sits there, and need to remind them to fix my car. Not happy or satisfied with your performance that day.

Jaime was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and very personable. He really went out of his way for me and did a great job explaining everything being done to my car. He gave me recommendations and I’ll definitely be back for follow up service. Fantastic service 10/10. Best, -Richard
