I go to Sierra Subaru for service because I like the free shuttle to and from work. I can get oil changes and routine services elsewhere for less. However, lately the shuttle service has been unreliable. I arrived at 8:25 and just missed the 8:30 shuttle by the time I checked in. The 9:00 shuttle never arrived. When I asked about it I was told it would come every 30 minutes which it didn’t. As 6 of us waited for the shuttle one finally arrived around 9:30. Another lady in the shuttle said the shuttle wasn’t even running last week when she came. If I had known it would take an hour and a half to get me to work, I would have taken Uber.
Ever since you switched from Subaru having their own shuttle to sharing with the other dealerships the service and dependability have deteriorated.
The service I received today was prompt and courteous. I was very happy with my experience.
