Personal service was great including the shuttle and parts department visit. The one area that needs work is the phone lines. I tried to call back to schedule a shuttle pick-up and got rerouted and disconnected 4 times before getting the opportunity to leave a message.

Usually the person that helps me gives me a discount. It’s not necessarily a huge discount but just making that effort makes me feel better about spending the money to have the service done at the dealership as opposed to where everyone else tells me to go because it’s less expensive.
The service department seemed to listen to my concerns.
I’ve come several times with the same problem. I hope it’s finally fixed.

Very thorough in taking care of the process.
It owners manual said that I should take my car in every 6 months for an oil change but really, mileage is the thing that determines what should be done to my car. So I am confused. All the guys did was tell me my car was ok and checked the stuff I thought was not working - I still have not heard my car beep when a pedestrian is behind it - but I was told that system was working properly. I was told to return when the car reached 10000 miles. It seemed like a waste of time.
He was very attentive and answered all my questions. Very helpful.
