No one even apologized for the incident. In fact, other than having the car fixed, if management want to go above and beyond, and after spending $6K +, they could have offered something.
Just glad Mr. Jaime Vega was able to cut back from total. Plus, he got us a loner pretty much right away. Jordan, too, was great.
Sierra, at reception, was not very helpful at all. Left Candace a message, no call back.

All of our experiences with Sierra have been absurdly slow. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment or an entire day (literally from 7am to 4pm) to mount new tires.
Great experience! I didn’t have an appointment, so I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs. I walked to the nearby Best Buy and Target and did a little shopping. Also had time to stop by local restaurant and have lunch. I got the call from the dealership that the car was ready about an hour and 37 minutes after I had left it for service. Very polite and professional staff.
Very accommodating and very nice.
Got in and out in about a hour on a Saturday afternoon!

Delivered ahead of schedule and was thorough job.
Instead of filling all of my tires to the proper pressure as a regular maintenance would entail I left with four differently pressured tires, one dramatically under pressured and within 15 minutes of leaving I had a tire pressure warning light on
