Today was a wonderful experience! After being quoted 90 minutes by the person who hooked my appointment over the phone, I was delighted that I was in and out in an hour. Also very impressed with Eliza, the greeteryou who did the precheck in the driveway. She and Rafael did a great job.

This was my first and last service at Sierra Subaru. What was or should have been a routine and timely service at other dealers took way too long and when excessive time was taken over what was quoted and turned into a much longer wait and overrun of time I was not updated, was not able to get ahold of service personnel through my own efforts by telephone (only voice messages available and / or continued transfers by the switchboard to Sierra Chevy not Subaru) in order to try and get updates, I eventually went through the Subaru Sales Manager in order to request and get a call back / text and update an hour and a half after the promised time. I will not use Sierra again and am considering sharing the very poor and excessively time consuming poor experience with Subaru of America. I fault the management not the service agent, for improperly staffing, monitoring, and properly providing and training, along with having the necessary tools and resources in place to give customer service. I know this because I have experienced timely and quality service and follow up at another Subaru dealer, so I know how good service does work. I will fix the situation and in the future go where I can get the quality experience I have had and came to enjoy before as part of my Subaru purchase. A very dissatisfied Subaru owner and one time Sierra Subaru customer.

They told me my car would be done 2 pm at the latest and if not, they would call. They did not call and when I showed up at 2:15 pm, my car was in front ready to go. When I went to the front they said they did not call because they were finishing up paperwork and it would only be 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later and I see the person who is supposed to be finishing the paperwork sitting down talking to a coworker. Soon as he saw me, he said the paperwork was done all of a sudden. I asked for a car wash and the car was washed very poorly. I would’ve just washed it myself if I knew it would be such a bad job. In addition, my floor mats were disgustingly dirty so I know they did not put any plastic or paper down to prevent this. Lastly, every time I have come here everything in my car is changed when I get it back. The clock was off an hour, mirrors changed, screen preferences all different! I will most likely go to another Subaru dealer from now on. This is not my first bad experience here.

The service staff performed well. No issues at all. My only negative feedback would be the time required to perform an oil change. On this visit my time onsite was about 2hrs, 15 minutes, ( l’m not sure if this is an acceptable time requirement for this type of service ). I understand there are various variables that can effect this. If there is any way to reduce the time required to perform an oil change to an hour and half. I think this would help and make more people available to return for the service. I myself will need to think what’s on my schedule before I simply run my vehicle in for service. Other than this the service depot and the people are doing a great job .????

I am not happy w. Your costumer care, and unless you show some consideration I will spread the word! I only have 1600 miles on the car. That is because I am not home enough to use it. And while the three yrs warranty expired, for all practical purposes, the car is not even broken in. I am having a problem with the rt. Front window.it malefunctions. At 1600 miles, that is a deffect not from over use. And just because the car is over the time for warranty, your service people refuse to take care of it. That is not a good costumer care. You will lose me as a paying costumer, and I will spread the word as hard as I can to let any one know how bad your care is and that the car is falling apart at 1600 miles! And today, spreading the word is very easy. You will be sorry. But once the word is out. You can't unscrumble an egg!
