Steven was very nice and I appreciate his giving me the discount. I appreciated that the work was done quickly once he let me know that the battery needed to be replaced. I guess it was a bit of a surprise to be told one price, then after some research given a new quote that was twice the amount of the original quote. Sometimes life throws us little surprises that require a bit of adjustment time.

Eric was great. Told me about how long it would take, made sure my contact details were correct to let me know when my car would be ready, and went over the inspection report in detail with me before handing me the keys. Appreciate the awesome service!

I appreciate the assistance of Rafael and the Sr. Mechanic to help me understand what was causing the battery discharge issue I was having. Also Rafael took the time to explain how to reset the lift gate.

I received some if the worse customer service at this Subaru. This dealership is just as bad as Subaru Pacific. It took 4 appointments to address my two warranty covered items. 1st appointment, i fully explained my issues, you had to order parts and you ignored my second issue even though i had video evidence. 2nd appointment, i was told the parts were "in" and they were not. 3rd appointment, i was told the parts were "in" my car was being worked on and you did not have the parts. 4th appointment, the dealership finally told me the parts were "in" and the issues were finally addressed. I wasted so much time with your poor service, I'm very disappointed. I'd like to get the contact information from someone who can actually do something about this really horrible horrible service. I'm embarrassed. This is an embarrassment for Subaru. In the end, the dealership had the audacity to try to charge me the deductible even though i wasted 4 entire days with you. You are embarrassing. I'm going to talk to someone but it seems it has to go higher than the poor management at Sierra Subaru.

I am very satisfied. There was only one problem, Stephen said they tried to reach me all day, but no one called my number or texted me until Stephan called the next day so I didn’t get my car back until the next day. I called to talk to someone about my car but the message would only allow me to leave a voice mail. I am very happy With the service on my car. Thank you. P. osburn

Service was not as I've experienced during past visits. In the past, the maintenance service on my car, took almost 2 hours. At the conclusion, the mechanic came out to give me a brief chat on the condition of my car, i.e., how the brakes were, etc. This visit, the service, which included the recall, seemed rushed. The whole thing did not take long, at all. Mechanic did not even change the sticker with date & mileage at which to bring back my car for the next service that gets placed on windshield. One day before, I was told to bring car in, only to be told that there was only 1 mechanic, & my car could not be serviced. That took 2 hrs from my afternoon. The telephones at service, do not work. No one answers the phone. I do not think service is managed as well as before.
