Rafael is exceptional. He was polite, efficient, professional and personable. I’ve been coming to Sierra Subaru for 13 years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent 3 months ago (my third Subaru) and have had to get it serviced 3 times already. I’ve been so frustrated that I was about to never purchase another Subaru again. However, my experience today with Rafael was so exceptional that my faith in the Subaru brand has been renewed. Rafael truly is an asset to Sierra Subaru.

Other than cost - price the service was as good as before. Rafael was so nice to put up with me and my lack of knowledge and had to have things repeated or defined at s lower level do I could figure out what was what. He always had a smile on and made me laugh at myself. I give him 110 points on a 190 total score. I like the service I’ve had there and will try to continue coming.

I have been awaiting the accessories that were included in my purchase deal. The service appointment was for me to have those installed. That did not occur. It's been over a month, since I purchased the car. As I purchased the car, to be ready for an adoption of a 5 year old, I would like to get the accessories this week so that I can install the booster seat before our first visit on Sep 28th. He was super friendly and fixed a car part on my car free of labor and free of charge for the part. He was super friendly from the get go. Awesome service! The wait was a bit long but they were busy so it was understandable.

When I checked in at 9:20, I was told that you Were shorthanded. Rather than the one hour time it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours. I would have appreciated receiving a text alert or a phone call prior to my arrival. At the end of two hours I went to check on my car and it hadn’t even been pulled in the service bay yet. I would have appreciated being told of the further the way. It’s set off of series of cancellations for rest of my the day.
