Your service department needs a better system. The Service Representative assigned to me was busy and no one else could do my paper work for her, though there was a Service Representative that told me it wasn’t his case?
Otherwise the service was professional and expedient AND the Service Representative, Mariel I believe was her name, was exemplary.
Mariela was amazing! She helped process my oil change in a quick manner and she was even true to her word on the estimated time of completion!
Just wondering, if Subaru is pro environment, why do you offer styrofoam cups in your waiting area? Maybe you could consider earth friendly cups?

Steven was fantastic in his service. I was disappointed in the work of the mechanics as I had to bring the car back for a 2nd alignment and i still don't believe the issue is fixed - car still leans and might need to check the tires
