They replaced the airbag, which was mandatory, but when I also requested my rear view mirror be repaired they said they did not have the parts and could order and then I could bring my car back. The mirror has fallen off several times. Just as unsafe as bad air bags. Unacceptable for a company who spouts safety claims. Jaime was pleasant and did the job he was hired to do.

Jaime was amazing as usual. Did my service at the interval that’s best for my car and my daily driving. Also made sure to check on my head unit update from my previous service and found a second update to install. Wait time was minimal especially for a Saturday and he checked in on me and gave updates that were accurate about my wait time. Overall a ten out of ten.
