Decided to take my car in for a check up after a long road trip. I expected to stay at the dealership for hours but it was pretty quick. Staff was really helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of for me. Very pleasant experience.

I am not happy with the service I received. When I walked in, it took a while for someone to help me when clearly it wasn’t busy. and when it was ready, she did not come to me and let me know it was ready, except she called my name from her desk. I had to ask her about the status of my vehicle. Most service advisor would go over everything after the vehicle was completed. Not her. I’ve never had a service adviser that provided that type of service at this location before or any Subaru service centers. I will not come back and will be taking my vehicle to puente hills Subaru from now on.
