Rafael informed me of a recall and offered to fix the problem the same day if my schedule allowed it; he explained it will take about 4 hours and the work was completed close to the promised time. He apologized for the small delay and even offered a car wash which I declined. I also enjoyed the snack bar.
I’m really into my all wheel drive 2018 Subaru Impreza 50th Anniversary car...I’m hoping that my Subaru Impreza will not have anymore recalls though, because the car is really beautiful. I’ve seen 2001 Subaru Outbacks still out on the road driving fine, so I’m hopeful. All the employees that I’ve dealt with at Subaru have been friendly and professional ladies and gentlemen! Rafael Ibarra at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia is a gentleman too, he offered to have my car rinsed and I did not even have to ask (most car washes have been closed in LA County).

Mr Vega was professional, kept me informed on service needs and problem discovered on my car, gave me proper explanation, time frame needed for service and offered me a free Lyft ride to take me home, which I declined because I was able to arrange my own pick up. My experience was clear and precise.
The wait time is a bit longer than expected, everything else is fine.

Protection was moderate from COVID. I noticed one service advisor is only wearing a bandana for protection. I think you can do better with keeping people masked and doing everything outside of the service room. Overall, I feel like the person on phone said “stay in your car and we will disinfect and cover everything in the car when we are done”. None of that happened. It should.
