Extraordinary service would have included resetting the date and time on my car which is always lost when the battery dies. Otherwise it was fine.

This was the best service experience I've had with my Subsru or any car. The valet service made it so easy and everyone was so nice & professional. This is the first time I've taken my car to Sierra Subaru, and I will definitely go there from now on. Thank you!!

Car was ready when I was told it was going to be ready. Although it is hard to tell what impact the fix had on the car (it was a recall for something that was non visible), the service seemed to be done correctly and quickly. Communication was prompt.

Received several messages to confirm 10am appt but when I got there I was told I was late bc my appt was at 7:15am! I called twice to confirm a loaner & was assured a loaner but was told there was none. I was pit on hold while waiting for a response then voice mail from a Jaime came on & I left a message but got no call back. Please get your act together. I have a text message that my appt was 10am. I felt I was looked upon like a liar. Please

Car was returned with water spill on front seat. After complain was given paper and plastic to cover soil. After leaving dealership check engine light and tire pressure warning lights came on. Will be calling Friday about ignitinterlock part availability and will check about earning loights then. Very low reliability for your service department

Subaru service center folks awesome, I've enjoyed every interaction I've had and I'm grateful for the work they do. Only quip I have is with finance who took over two weeks to call me back and still never did with an answer regarding my dilemma. Thanks to Michael Conquillo for facilitating and coming through for me once again and for service crew for going above and beyond.
