I was made to feel very important and that my needs were important and valued. I received excellent service I was not expecting my car to be ready that same day and it was ready within an hour and a half .…..always pleased with Subaru!

Victor went above and beyond. He really listened to my questions and answered them all. He explained what service did to my car and how the car did. I felt like I can definitely go back whenever I have a question. Thanks for the exceptional service!

Yes, however the passenger airbag light is STILL on which is the problem that I went in for, though apparently I was due a service. Very friendly and helpful but now I am not sure whether the sensors were reset as they never came on to tell me service was required. I will be calling to rectify.

For the most part the level of service was good. I do feel, as with all service departments, there is always the attempt to upsell products and services not really needed. For example, I was told I need new tires when I know my tires have 20k left on them.
