Was not helped for an hour on a brand new car because the system wasn’t updated. Not Sierra’s fault, but they could have handled it better. I came in for a dead battery and my car was left running for 1 hour waiting on the manager to come back from lunch. At least test the battery while I’m waiting.
Except for the ONE thing requested but not done - wiper blades (easy fix) - everything else was fine. For the total cost of service, could have easily been thrown in.
We have a bad relationship because of past repairs. We just had our car serviced and staff was not professional. We brought our car in dirty and they gave it back to us the same way not even attempting to clean it. When I asked if we had a warranty he wasn't sure...when we picked out car up the next day still didn't get an answer

Steven helped us when we brought our Ascent and WRX for oil change and recall. Very professional. We didnt have the schedule for the wrx but he still catered us and was very prompt. He called us when the service was done. During this Covid times, I appreciate employees like Steven for being there despite whats happening. And for the multiple times I was called and reminded for the previous schedule and the times I missed(being a covid nurse is tiring, i always forget when im off, sleeping longer than usual) Thank you Subaru Monrovia! You always have our back??
