Steve, the Service Representative, was professional, pleasant and was very courteous, he explained the wait time and was prompt in making sure that I had car back within a reasonable time frame.

You messed up my braking system made me miss a supervised visit with my kid and now my baby momma is filing paper work to get full custody stating that I don't care about my son. On top of all that **** horse **** you burned all my gas left the same rotors on it knows that they were grooved (so I will be sending you the bill for that as well because I don't trust you to work on my car again) I can tell because the steering wheel shakes under braking. The loaner you gave me was a POS. Made an insulting offer to me to buy my car from me. **** up my tail light tint. It was an overall terrible experience from start to finish. I will never be returning to this dealership. This has been my worst Subaru experience ever and blew my motor 2 times this was far worse then that!!!

I scheduled this service a week in advance dropped off my car at 7:00am. Customer service told me that the car should be ready by 11:00 am. I did not get a call back all day. I called at 4:45 and was told sorry your car is not finished. No call no text. I had to find a ride home and ride to work the next day,this was a inconvenience to me. A phone call would have made me happy. Customer service is In portent to me.
