For a 7 am appointment there were about ten cars waiting. Not enough chairs for everyone waiting. No water or coffee. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do a half hour repair, which was a recall. I understand the Covid protocols, fine. But overbooking appointments is ridiculous. On a positive note, every precaution was taken. Appreciated that very much.

I went in to get a diagnosis and repair on my vehicle about my transmission, when above 3k RPM’s in 4th gear, when I would shift to 5th gear I could hear and feel a grinding noise, I was told that there wasn’t anything wrong with the transmission, and on the way home I tested it, there was the same issue, nothing had changed.

Car died on me. When able to restart, I drove immediately to dealer. Although it was almost closing, the dealer was able to ha e battery replaced.
