On time for 8am appointment checked in and was told it will take 1 1/2 hrs. Had a nice breakfast at Cafe. Walked around lot checking out new vehicles and my truck was ready in 1 1/2 hrs. On time but truck was lightly dirty. In the past I used to get a wash and vacuum. What happened? Proud owner of 2018 Chevy Z71 Silverado.

There was a slight problem with comunication but Deniz rectified it immediately. Deniz is great and so is Sam the other Service Writer. This was my first time using Sierra Chevrolet and I will definately be bringing my car back for all my service needs. Thank you to both Deniz and Sam
