Last month, I took my Chevy Equinox in for a lube. Yesterday, I had a computer message on the dashboard that said I needed to change the oil soon. I drove to the dealership and Deniz said that he would have the oil changed the next morning. He was very apologetic and took care of the problem.
This review is based in my service between 7/17-7/21. I brought my truck in to get serviced which took 5 days. I have no problems with how long they needed the truck. I had a problem with not knowing (communication) of what’s happening so that I can plan how to get to and from work since I had no vehicle. I had to initiate all phone calls. I would start at 2 hoping to get an answer by 4 to give me time to arrange transportation and deal with rush hour from DTLA. Because of this I asked Dennis for a loaner. He said he’ll ask ray and that I should talk to him on Thursday. Ray approved one on Thursday. I told Deniz that on Friday but he would not give me the car but insisted that my truck was fixed (which I was not told until that moment at 430) and that they wanted to keep it til Saturday because “GM recommends...” (an answer I got on wed thurs and fri) that the truck be cold tested. Since it’s over night by your recommendation then why couldn’t I get the loaner that I was told I was approved for? I managed to get back on Saturday to get my truck. Unfortunately I’m back on weds 7/25 since there’s still a problem. For this I made arrangements on Tuesday morning with Deniz, and it turns out he’s not here on wed when he told me he would be. I Told him I felt “screwed” by him and management. Not by the mechanic. It’s a vehicle. S* happens. But please have some follow through and courtesy for your customers who’ve requested to be called by a certain time to try and accommodate your hours. Because I’m sure you guys will leave by 6 leaving me high and dry as I try to get there by 6 from DTLA when your call at 545. I wouldn’t be pushing for a loaner or give Deniz an earful if Deniz or Ray would have just initiated a phone call(s) and said it’s gonna take a few days and we’ll call you when the work is complete. So today I hope Samantha restores my faith in Sierra Chevrolet service. And I’m sure I now have a rep amongst the guys as “that a-hole” customer.

Very excellent good and the title will become more when it needs more work on my car
I was completely satisfied with my service experience.
She was great to work with. Thank you
Deniz was very helpful and courteous. He solved my problem and my wait time was minimal! Sierra has always had a professional courteous staff. I will continue to service my car there!
She followed up with the appointment and ensured the completion of the work along with reminder notices.
Deniz was very helpful getting the car services I needed at this time; also informed me of future repairs/services to consider.
are there any retrofits to improve the terrible chevy bolt front seat comfort?
Service people were great! Service was quick! Wish they washed the car though.
Anything they could get paid on was done. Nothing else was done. Still jumping from 30 to 45 MPH and other things not completed.
I'm not happy.
At least the owner of the dealership I bought the$75,000.00 van from. Gave me his home phone and his cell phone number. I'm sure they want just look at the repairs needed. They'll show me what they did.
Deniz was outstanding. He had great costumer service skills and was genuinely kind.
Thank you. Appreciate your service.
In the end and on the next day I think it’s good. The window needed a wipe as it was slight streeks . It’ good Sam is helpful and so was Tawny .
