What happened to complimentary car wash?
No communication with Brian will no longer that My cars there a hole month without checking my truck poor service
I was told on previous oil change done in West Covina that my battery was low but because it had not went out completely that he could not replace it but just recharge it,this caused me a month later stranded at-children school I would have rathed this to a proactive situation
Problem still exists.
I was supposed to get a refund but never got it. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and I don’t think I’d come back. Although the purchase was a good experience. Service dept is seriously lacking.
Vehicle was with you for a week(beg Wednesday) with nothing done due to wrong diagnosis ...was informed initially vehicle was needed for 2-3 days to be do a diagnostic test before smog could be done. Made repeated follow ups on Saturday with ZERO return calls. On Monday was able to talk to service advisor Dennis who informed me that I needed to put 1,000 miles to reset "some thing" before a diagnostic test can be done. FYI although the mechanic stated that engine light is on..the vehicle did not show any engine light on.

All seems good so far for 43 miles . Thanking Brain for his help . This service went better than the first (other - windshield) service in June.
Brian was able to get us in today for the service (my wife called mid morning). Oil / filter change was done while she waited! Excellent job!

Tire pressures were not set when i took car 32 in 2 tire 35 and 37 in the others, I would hope your techs could do a better job when paying to my service of getting th pressures correct and the same
