There was a "complimentary full check up" done to my car! I'm would be nice to have a check list of what they checked not just say the check everything for me it doesn't make any sense and probably they didn't check anything. At Honda " my wife's car " they do that all the time...! Please keep it in mind to attach a check up list of what was done and when should be next service and so on....

Scot ( w/ one T) was very professional in his dealings concerning my vehicle. Everything from the first call to the dealership to the final call stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Sierra could use more of that type employee.

Nothing wrong with Scot. What I didn’t like was the fact that I had to call to ask if my car was ready on day 9. No one called me. Of course I work so had to pick up my car on Saturday. It took awhile to drive it up to the front and it was filthy. If a car sits for 10 days it would be great service to wash the car.

She takes an extra step. When I asked her about how to “reboot” my Volt , she went with me to my Volt and demonstrated the steps. Super service. But the other person who helped me with my bill made a mistake. Halter he asked me to The the layers, he said I was done. Had to remind him that I’m supposed to pay something. He had to redo the paper work.

Yes. Scott was very nice and helpful. There was a younger person (Abe) who took the information and gave it to Scott. My question is: why can’t the same person take the information and be the same person who follows the service from start to finish. Scott was overwhelmed with entering the material in the computer and waiting on so many people. This is not the best use of the company’s time and money. It is frustrating for the customer to have to deal with two different people. Taking one’s car in for service is stressful and not having a consistent contact makes the experience unduly uncomfortable and awkward.

I just bought the car 28 days ago when I brought in for service. On the order there were 3 items I wanted looked at. They only took care of 1 and they seemed to be very rushed. Told me I would have to come back for the other items. Another tech was arguing with me that passenger seat was electronic when it wasn't. Still waiting on CD player to be installed. Not off to a good start.

Scott was good. But whoever worked on my truck spilled oil all over it and left major scratches all over my paint. I took pictures and videos while Scott was present. He said a manager will contact me Monday.

There was grease left behind on the hood and door handle of my vehicle. Other than that the service was good.
