Service adviser was nice. I would have appreciated more updates through the hour and a half I had to wait though. Pretty long wait even though I had an appointment.

Terrible service, had to come back to the shop to get an update, after having the car two full days they did nothing and wasted two days of my life. Something is terribly wrong with the service department. I leased my car here and had a great experience, I was expecting the same from the service department but I was deeply disappointed.

Curious. Don’t you have car washing facilities? When I go to Glendora, they always wash my car. A nice feature but you’re closer to my home.
Majority of this review doesn’t really have a lot to do with my service advisor. It was more of GM them self. They could not fully warranty my turbo after going over the warranty mileage by 60-80 miles. Also technician did not diagnose my vehicle correctly. He was stating that my turbo was bad but there was a P0033 engine code which led to the bypass valve being faulty. Which was causing the turbo to not function properly. I ended up replacing the part myself and the car is running perfectly fine now and the check engine light is no longer on. Also the last thing is that there was a phone call i got from Scot and he was being a bit rude and being aggressive toward me which was quite unprofessional. I will probably no longer bring any of my vehicles into Sierra Chevrolet or even buy my vehicles from Chevy any longer due to this bad experience i had where my car sat for about a week while i was stuck taking the train and busses to work everyday all the way to upland. I am really unsatisfied.
