1) The transport shuttle didn't show up per schedule.
2) The service appointment was professional.
3) Some adhesive residue left on the vehicle trunklid & rear camera, after the modification.
Very helpful. He greeted me when I arrived and made sure I was kept informed about my vehicle.

The shuttle service was extremely disappointing. I waited 45 minutes only to be told that the shuttle was still 20-30 minutes away. Despite being one of the first people waiting, there was easily 10 or so people that were waiting for a ride by the time I finally decided to call a rideshare. It cost me almost $40 to have my car’s recall serviced today. If the need to have my car serviced happens again, I’ll try another Chevrolet dealer.

The key word in your question is "completely." I am very satisfied, I have high praise for Abe and Danny, but as I explained to April and her assistant, I was not "completely" satisfied. But then, no one is perfect, right? I will clarify this if in fact I am contacted. Note: the original issue is not yet resolved.
