Abe was a pleasant enough to work with and I liked the added touch of him remembering my name after 5 days; however, I am frustrated that the services I requested were not complete in full and I am being asked to return. I was told 3 separate times that the pre lease term inspection would be done only to show up and wait for 45 minutes to be told it wasnt and that the techs leave around 3. Extremely frustrating but I have found that this seems to be par for the course at Sierra.

The mechanic did not put the door back together properly and forgot to install the faceplate covering the door mechanism! Worst repair experience I’ve had in a decade!

The suburban was never looked at after waiting all day for it. I had a call at 1:30 to let me know that was done or even looked at. He said he would call me in a hour and never did. I finally walked to the dealer around 5 and again found out that nothing was done at all. I then was told that he taken to the hospital. I hope that he will be OK but this whole day was a huge waste of my time.
