No complaints with Sal; he was polite and doing his job. My Complaint is having to pay $359.66 for a regular battery and a regular oil change. I respect, trust and am suppose to have faith in our dealership but I feel this was overpriced service cost and will go elsewhere for minor services.

Service was excellent, just need to have the rear tailgate rechecked. Tailgate starts to open then shuts down immediately. When opening the second time it works.

In the end yes I was satisfied. The most frustrating thing for me; when speaking to a service rep and the rep says I’ll call you back in 10 minutes and they don’t.It seems to me that Sierra is under staffed. I was on hold for 45 minutes. The rep said sorry, he forgot about me because there were too many customers to attend to. There’s got to be a more efficient way for the rep to get updated info from the mechanic. Too much walking back and forth just to get info. Communication with my warranty company and Sierra was too slow. It took almost 3 weeks to fix my car. But thank you for the loaner car.

The gentleman that was taking in the cars for service was awesome. Did a great job taking people in was very polite and made me feel very comfortable . Will definitely be taking my truck to Sierra Chevrolet for now on and when I’m ready to buy again will come here.

The job were done quitely but my interior door panel has a lot of oil and smudges. They do not have complimentary car wash too.
