Jeff the service writer was great. Jeff kept me up to date on the repair and cause of the issue. Shuttle service was good also.

He explains everything so thoroughly and was always available and never inpatient, I really appreciate the time and energy he put into helping me with my vehicle. Customer service is terrible. I guarantee this will be my first and last Chevy. Vehicle is fine but customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced. Not just once but multiple times at this dealership. Nothing but lies and the lack of effort and responsibility. Do not call me as I'm not interested in hearing from you.
