After having my car in for repair for over 1 month you tell me that I need to spend $1,700 to have you pull the transmission to "further investigate" the problem without a promise of a fix I think more training is needed,but not at my expense!I am grateful for the use of a loaner car throughout this time but ultimately I wanted my car !

After nine days I was told nothing is wrong with my car, despite it having an obvious problem which has already left me stranded in the mountains once. And I was charged $145 for that non-assistance. On top of the $300 I spent on a rental car for the nine days you spent not fixing my car.
Over many years Jeff Marshall has taken good care of my Chevy’s. I know I can rely on his advice and good judgement and knowledge. In addition he is professional and friendly. I am glad he is still with the Sierra Chevy service department and hope he is there for many years to come.
