Poor service turn my truck in for service on Monday morning told a service writer that the truck needed an oil change and to find an oil leak service writer told me he would tell the tech to First find the oil repair the leak and then change the oil service writer told me he would call me back to let me know what the tech found regarding the oil leak the service writer never called me regarding repairs call Tuesday morning regarding an update on repairs Service writer said he would call me right back with information regarding oil leak never called me back Wednesday morning call the service writer he said that the tech working on the truck was in a class all day long and we get back to me for any information regarding the oil leak never called me back I had to call him back to find out any information regarding the oil leak he said he would go into the shop to find any paperwork regarding repairs and said he will call me back and to my amazement he did call me the tech rode up repairs the valve covers where leaking also the oil pan and the rear Main seal where leaking I told the service writer to repair the valve covers only and the repairs had to be completed bye Thursday on Thursday morning waiting for a call I had to call him once again to find out if my truck was going to be worked on he said that he spoke to the tech and assured me that the truck would be completed today all I ask for was to have them call me for an update on my truck the service writer could not even do that and this writer represents your dealerships be sure that I will never come to your dealership for any repairs do any of my vehicles

The workers were very attentive and accommodating to my schedule. I also needed some items for my vehicle and they educated me on the best ones. Ive owned my vehicle for years but this was my first time at this dealership and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience.

The part that was replaced was replaced four months ago for 1/3 the price and at this point the vehicle still won't pass smog.

My car was there for 2 days before they even looked at it and I made an appt ! It was there for 4 days and they were unable to find the leak in the air conditioning system ! And this was the 3rd time its been there for the same problem !

First, I did not receive the multi inspection report. Second, I asked the service rep to add the inspection of the front rubber bumper to the computer or make a note. He said he would tell the mechanic in person. When I picked up the car and I asked the status of the front rubber bumper, it looks like it was not checked. He said he would go take a look. He came back and said he will order the part and I will need to come back next week. He will send me the inspection report thru email. Based on my previous experience, I always received the inspection report when I paid. My front rubber is flopping and I hope he could just cut out the loose piece.

Very bad service, I had to wait almost 4 hours just for a oil change... it's unbelievable... I know I didn't have an appointment that's why at the beginning I asked how long will it take and they said only 1.5 to 2 the most. Not almost 4 hrs. I will never come back to that place.
