Great customer service honest about what I needed and very personalable.
Steering rack replacement took 2 weeks for an 8 hour job. Brought truck in for 3 issues. Steering rack replacement, purge solenoid valve and ripping/tearing driver seat. Service Manager Keith Bernie denied replacement of both ripping/tearing seat and purge solenoid valve. I'm highly disappointed that the 2 latter issues were not resolved. Never again will I be bringing my vehicle back to this location or even referring anyone.

Overall felt a lack of service. Had an appointment for an oil change, after dropping off the car the wait time was said to be a couple hours. I waited on site, well at a coffee shop around the block, it actually took over 4 hours. I had to call to find out my car was ready, not the other way around. When I got the car I was told more work needed to be done. I had questions to which was told it's all in the paperwork. The information in the paperwork was two sentences long. I will not be returning here, ever.
Customer service was terrible I will never go there are or recommend anyone to go there for service. There isn't enough room on this to explain what a awful service he gave me.

I had a noon appointment and arrived at 11:50. There was one gentleman working when I walked and I was not acknowledged for over 10 minutes. I was told it would be 2.5-3 hours and that I would receive a call. After 4 hours of not hearing anything I called and was told that I would get a call back in 30 minutes. I never received a call so I decided to show up at 5:45 since it closes at 6. Abe was very nice. When I picked up he was the only one working and it seemed understaffed.

Job was finished in 60 minutes. Never told job was finished. When I called after 5 hours, it took 20 minutes on phone to tell me it was ready. When I then was dropped off at 3:00, I had to wait another 50 minutes before my car was delivered to me. I would definitely not recommend your service department to anyone based upon my experience. My 6th Chevy but never again. Or any other Sierra brand. Bad, bad ervice!
