Michael was friendly and got us in and out quickly
It seems that the overall management of the repair dept is under staffed
and procedural process is lacking. I would leave a message and not hear from the advisor for quite awhile because he’s too busy with other customers. There’s a lack of delegation so that someone can pickup the slack. When Jeff is on a day-off my car repair and or information about my car is placed on hold. Which is
frustrating. Leaving me to wonder if anything is being done to my car.
I appreciate Michael's honesty and looking out for my best interests by explaining the options to me. I will be back again!

The person who makes appointments told me to make my appointment after everyone comes back from lunch that is what I did. So I didn't expect to have to wait for my vehicle for 2 hours. I just didn't expect there was that long of a wait when the appointment was made. That's the only problem I had.
I'll respond to the manufacturer when I'm asked in somewhat of the following fashion - all the people who work at Sierra Chevrolet are knowledgeable,courteous and extremely helpful. That begins with the GM at the top and continues on with each and every employee!
