It seems that the overall management of the repair dept is under staffed and procedural process is lacking. I would leave a message and not hear from the advisor for quite awhile because he’s too busy with other customers. There’s a lack of delegation so that someone can pickup the slack. When Jeff is on a day-off my car repair and or information about my car is placed on hold. Which is frustrating. Leaving me to wonder if anything is being done to my car.

The person who makes appointments told me to make my appointment after everyone comes back from lunch that is what I did. So I didn't expect to have to wait for my vehicle for 2 hours. I just didn't expect there was that long of a wait when the appointment was made. That's the only problem I had.
