My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at 12:45, the staff checked me in at 1:06. Staff gave me the checkout sheet to sign and truck key at 4:40. I waited to long for my truck to be repaired.

After being one of the first customers and waiting 4 hours, service dept. Only did not complete my concerns under warranty but made sure extra charge service items were taking care of. That is poor judgement and disrespectful to customers. Service agent wanted to make separate appointment on another day to address warranty items. He said they were too busy!!! But obviously not busy enough to pass on the extra service work and fees. Always take care of the customer's concerns first then do the up sell work latera. I Won't be back.

It was my first time coming to the Monrovia location and Michael Mcvey was very helpful and patient. He helped review the past receipts I had printed out to identify what work needed to be done during my visit. He was honest and provided excellent customer service.

I just feel I should not hv had 2 pay for a svc that was determined to be a result of previous work that was done at your shop. Under these conditions doubt I'd ever seek svcs @ Sierra Chevrolet again!
