Jeff was very thorough with explaining everything my car needed when I bought my car in for service ,and followed up with a call when the service was completed .
Agent was the best I got ec coat applied and when wiping down my truck i found a couple spots they didn't apply and a couple small scratches i have no idea on interior

I would had never gone to get just an oil change if I knew it would take 3 and 1/2 hours !!! The people were nice but the wait was horrendous!!!

Abe was great, he helped me through this nonsense. I had an appointment on Saturday at 10am and I was waiting for 2 hours at the dealership for oil change and Abe told me that service guys are busy and need to go to lunch and they won’t be back and probably will take another 2-3 hours. Appointment was at 10 am and I had to leave the dealership with no oil change because I didn’t have time to wait another 3 hours. And I asked for shuttle, was told there was no shuttle. That made my decision to just leave. Unsatisfied, least to say. What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait for 5 hours???
I appreciate the way Jeff handled me and my vehicle I will continue using Sierra Chevrolet for my vehicle maintenance.
