Abe is great, thank you for helping me out
Parts were ordered for my car, I have to bring it in on Thursday to have everything done. Thank you
Abe was very nice and courteous. Made it a quick and painless process. Major thank you for calling me a Lyft the shuttle usually takes too long.
They forgot to order my tire and i had to wait an additional 4 hours due to the delay
Everything went well with the service. I just wish that someone had followed up to call me when the part came in.
Thank you!
I would like to thank howard, Douglas and Corey for their help and professional attitude, you have a customer for life , thanks to everyone at sierra chevrolet
Mr Marshall did an excellent job and he is my trusted service advisor. I received a text message my car was ready. I was unable to get to Sierra by 6 pm. So this morning for the first time I called for a ride and was told there were no drivers. So for $12 I took a Lyft ride to Sierra. I paid my bill then waited over 30 minutes to locate my car which was blocked by another vehicle. Next the keys for the vehicle needed to be located and they finally were and my vehicle was brought to me. I will call next time prior to coming to retrieve my car.
There were good pieces and bad pieces. I appreciated the shuttle. However, I was told different times it would be done and that wasn't the case, though part of the problem was getting in a part and I understand that. My car was returned dirty even though I was told it would be washed. They were going to put my liscense plates on, but only did the back one.
Excellent work love it and I love what you did you fixed my car and I love it
Howard's a good Service advisor. He met and exceeded my expectations. Thank You and Thank Him
Ana was very friendly. She has great customer service skills.
She was always smiling and made the experience more enjoyable.
I dropped off my car Thursday night after work to have my brakes checked. I received a phone call from Jeff the sales associate, but he didn’t specify what he needed to talk to me about. When I tried calling him back, I got his voicemail. He finally called me back around 6 PM, said my brakes were fine and that all that was needed was to flush out the brake line. I authorized that work to be done, assuming it would be done on Saturday. I told Jeff I definitely needed my car Saturday so I could use it Monday for work. He said no problem. He would let Abe know what was happening with my vehicle because he wasn’t going to be there on Saturday. On Saturday, my boyfriend and I took his Honda into the dealership next-door to have his oil changed. When we returned from our errands in the afternoon, I called Chevy numerous times trying to get a hold of someone regarding my vehicle but I only got voicemail. Finally, when I got a hold of someone, thankfully it was Abe. He was shocked and very apologetic because nothing had been done to my vehicle for the last two days. No one let him or me know that the brake machine was down and nothing could be done to my car anyway. Instead of leaving my car there to have the work eventually done, maybe on Monday. I picked it up Saturday afternoon. Abe said he would speak with his manager and see if there was something he could do for me. He was supposed to call me back today, but I have not heard from him yet. It’s very disappointing, annoying and very unprofessional that my car sat there for two days and no one thought to call me and let me know what was happening or that nothing was happening. As if I have disposable cars that I can take into work whenever my ‘other’ car needs work.
Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and the service department. I have spent thousands of dollars getting work done on my car. I am shocked that anyone would be treated this way. Communication is everything. Even if nothing is going to be done on your car, a phone call to the owner should be made. So they can make other arrangements for transportation to and from work or require Chevy to give them a loaner.
I am more than happy to talk to a manager or supervisor about the situation. I would welcome the opportunity to have a conversation just as long as something actually happens. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. And to have anyone think it’s not, is disrespectful.
Definitely the best experience i have ever had at any Chevy dealer service department. Service was fast, i was updated and kept up to speed etc. And everyone was polite and professional.
Jeff is great to work with. He’s professional, friendly, and communicates with me throughout the service to make sure I’m informed about the progress at all times. My daughter and I have taken our cars to be serviced at Sierra Chevrolet for the past 7 years and are always happy with the service we receive. Thank you!
My first time with Howard as my service advisor. He a keeper you need more like him. I will continue to bring my car to Sierra Chevrolet if Howard is my service advisor. Thank you and thank Howard
