Told adviser what the problem was. Wasted an entire day for the technician to figure out that I was right, and they don’t have the parts or know when they will get the parts. Wasted time.
I don't have any complains for Abe or Veronica in Service. Their customer service was excellent and I'm sure they're doing the best they could and tried their best to get my part on time and the labor done as fast as possible while working in a busy setting.
But the shuttle pick-up service from my home has failed me twice now. At first, I needed a pickup from home on Saturday and I was told there'll be a shuttle to pick me up. But after waiting for 2 hours, I was finally told that there was no shuttle service on weekends. I wished someone would have told me sooner so that I didn't need to waste 2 hours waiting. The second time was that I needed a shuttle pick-up from my home on a Thursday and yet the shuttle was not able to pick me up until 1 & 1/2 hour later. I end up taking an uber since I was short on time. So I suggest for Sierra to improve their shuttle service, either hire more drivers to have more shuttle cars available or perhaps outsource your shuttle service to an Uber or Lyft vendor and just pay for the cost of the ride. I know that other dealers have used that option instead.

I set up an appointment for the regular maintenance of an oil change and etc. and notify them of a problem i had with my chevy malibu and they checked it out and resolved the problem i had no problem with todays service it was fast at first i was told it might be an all day job because they had to find the problem and resolve it but everything was done like 3 hours or so. I have no complaints whatsoever i feel the difference now in my vehicle and the problem is gone now
Half a qt. Low on oil after service and refused to cross rotate tires. Service adviser told me GM does not cross rotate because it makes tires wear out faster
It was very interesting experience. But the dealership facility looks outdated.

It should never take more than 3 hours to do an oil change. Especially when you make an appointment 5 days in advance. When told the reason was you are busy that seems like a personal problem and you should take care of the appointments first.
No communication other than the first day when they called to say the transmission tech had the day off and would diagnose it Tuesday. Then after I called Tuesday 2x and was put on hold for 15 minutes was told the technician drove truck extensively and couldn’t hear any noise out of the transmission. Then was told service writer and the technician would drive truck to duplicate noise that afternoon and I never heard back. Then Wednesday I called and was once again put on hold for 15 minutes and then told service writer and technician drove it again extensively and heard nothing. I then sent my wife to pick up and she heard the noise while leaving the dealership lot. The truck was test driven less than one mile total on the two extensive test drives. Now taking truck to different dealership.
