Professional and courtesy goes a long way. I'm semi-retired from a career of sales and marketing (working with people and different challenges). Sincerity and good listening skills are still the cornerstone to repeat business and referrals. Abe and the young man had both!
This is the 3rd time I have taken my car in for service in the early morning hours, been told it should be done by mid afternoon, then no calls during the day to give me an update. And then calling to see what’s happening with it. Only to be put on hold several times while someone looks for Abe, then be disconnected and have to call back. I then find out my car has been sitting there all day, no one has looked at it and no one has called to let me know anything.
I don’t appreciate having all my opinions taken away from me and not giving me a choice whether I want to pick up the car and forget the service, because I need it for work. Telling Abe or another service person I ‘need’ my car for work, I drive to Mira Loma.
Only then having to resort to getting upset in order to have something done. And finally being offered a loaner vehicle. This has happened more times than not there.
As much as I like the close location of this dealership, I’m seriously considering going to another one in hopes of getting better service. I have spent a lot of money there, but even if I hadn’t, no ‘customer’ should ever be treated this way.
Not getting calls with updates about your vehicle and the service being done is unacceptable and rude.
I was not told that my car was going to be kept over night. The issue I took my car in for was not addressed or fixed and with the issue that were addressed are still not functioning properly.
Friendly and courteous, the complete opposite from Glendora Chevrolet!!!!
All my questions were answered, and even given another problem requiring a trip to locate a tire - it all hit done, and handled in one day; I really appreciated Jeff’s consistent presence to provide all the information I needed a great big thank you to Jeff Marshall.

Need a system for intake. You walk in and there is no system or even name plates to identify technicians. Overall service time was good.

Jeffrey did a great job in assessing the problem with my truck and getting repairs completed in timely manner.
I showed up to service department on Saturday 10 minutes before 8 hoping to be one of the first ones because tour website showed you open at 8. I get there car line is already out the drive way because apparently doors open at 7. Found that out when I get there and the hours are in the door. I’m not happy with the fact that every time I take my car there I can never get it washed.
There was no problem with Howard Shannon but when the customer takesa vehicle for service because it's burning a lot of gas and constant hesitation up steep grades and I'm told there's nothing wrong that's a problem.I took my vehicle to Puente hills Chevrolet they said the same thing that's a big problem in the mean time my vehicle will continue to do what it's doing but there is nothing wrong
I was accommodated in a timely manner, witch is important for us in our line of work.
Abe was great. He took care of me in a timely manner. I still have to get the coolant compressor repaired but I will have it done as soon as the Chevrolet engineer approves this! Hopefully soon!
