Service department hung up on me twice. Had to get receptionist to find someone to go to service and tell them to call me. No call to tell me they were keeping it overnight. No communication they had it 4 days called when it was done that's it. There is a scratch on my left rear door now, and grease on the right side doors. I will never come back To buy anything or service my truck. Total fail. We got a text to pick up the truck the day after we picked it up. I have 5 cars and trucks you were the worst ever. Horrible, nothing was done, took forever to do nothing and wanted to charge me for it. If I was a customer who had no clue what was going on you guys would have taken advantage. Feel bad for your other customers.

Abe was great. But it took almost two months for my car to be fixed and it still isn’t right. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.
We spent over an hour waiting to turn in the car, and pick up the car (had to leave and come back). Howard wanted us to pay $500 to change the battery. Then when we declined, he charged us $155. This whole process was incredibly sad. We love the Hoffman family, but they would be ashamed to hear about this. I plan on calling tomorrow if I'm not called first.
My only issue with the service was I was waiting for my truck to be done and I was walking around the lot and my truck was parked in the same lot . I didn’t know how long it was sitting there but I immediately went to the service department. I said “ I’m guessing my truck is done “? They said “ they haven’t had a chance to let me know, but yes it was done “ . I never got an answer how long it had been sitting there and been done . Overall it was an ok experience there .
