I dropped off the car before my 7:30 am appointment for an oil change, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm... very disappointing

This service here was terrible! I paid $1,800 to have my truck serviced. I Dropped my truck off Saturday morning and it wasn't ready until 4pm Monday. I told them 4pm was the latest because my Wife is pregnant and we had a doctors appointment at 4:30. Well they lost my keys and looked for an hour then tried to tell Enterprise to rent me a car. They couldn't even give me a **** Loaner truck for their stupid mistake. We missed our doctor appointment and I will miss work tomorrow now because of them. Completely incompetent. I left the dealership without my truck even though I paid off all services. This is not acceptable and I won’t accept this no one should.

I want to thank Mr. Shannon for being professional, courteous, and helpful. He listened to my ramblings and complaints, and made sense of them. I know he tried his best to make sure that he and the service team fixed my vehicle the best they could. I want to thank them for their hard work and diligence.

The people were friendly and very supportive with answers to my questions. But, two+ hours for a lube and oil change, tires etc is to long. I had an appointment at 10 AM. I was on time !

I took my car in for an oil change and for the technician to look over a repair to my driver side seat panel that had been repaired by Sierra Chevrolet in April of 2019. The panel was previously replaced because it became detached from the seat. Since that time it has been slowly detaching once again. Yesterday, during the course of the inspection of this possible repair, the technician completely detached the panel from the entire side of the driver’s seat. When I received my vehicle back I informed Howard and the technician that on a scale of 1-10 of the panel being broken and detached when I arrived it was a “3”, but now it’s a “10”. The condition of the driver seat is back to how it was in April of 2019. I was told by the technician that it was like that when he got it. Howard acknowledged that it was now worse, but nevertheless, broken so I am out of luck. I find this completely unfair and poor customer service. Please correct this. Thank you.
