Yes the recall was done quickly and the new Lyft service was excellent for picking up my vehicle. Mr MARSHALL did an out standing job ensuring I was checked in promptly. His colleague MR Howard assisted in that process.

Howard Shannon was very helpful in expediting the service of my car. I needed a ride to and from my home and he arranged transportation quickly. He explained the issues with my car and how to take care of all. My service was done quickly and efficiently thanks to Howard. I will ask for him on my next trip.

Service kept my car an extra day is overnight. Came back the next day and they couldn’t fix it because they had to order the part- which makes me wonder why did they need to keep it an extra day?Went to pick the car up and Service couldn’t find the car for twenty five minutes. Nobody seemed very concerned about the situation, so I went and found it myself. but I’m happy I have my car back even though it’s still broken. Can you recommend a reasonable service center in this area?

Abe is the best staff person in the service department. He understands the importance of customer service and always does an excellent job. Using Lyft to provide transportation for the customers is a great addition to the offered services.

Jeff is always helpful and on top of our repairs . Even with the GM strike which was very unfortunate , he found the part out truck needed . Beyond great customer service !
