Abe was great and was always there to help me. HOWEVER, I took my truck in for a scheduled appointment and it was in the shop for 2 weeks! It wasn’t even looked into until I got mad after a week went by. The BIGGEST problem was that their was 1 Diesel mechanic and he was very busy, had too many trucks to service and not enough time and had days off mid week. This location definitely needs more than one diesel mechanic. If the service center is open, there should always be a diesel mechanic. This was a very big inconvenience to my construction company.

Lack of acknowledging my presence upon arrival and at pick up, not enough people to help with crowded waiting area, felt I loss my place in line. Making incoming calls a priority while I was waiting first. Jeff Marshall told he had a call waiting watched him pick up phonehandset and wout a word slam it down to hang up. Upon arrival told Jeff wanted to pick up, he said ok and started typing but didn't tell me he wss preparing my quote after waiting 5 minutes I asked if I could take my car he finally acknowledged he was preparing my quote.

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday January the 8th and dropped my truck off at 845am. Around 4pm I was informed my truck would not be diagnosed and would need to be delayed to the following day. Keep in mind I had to take a day off work for the initial appointment, I now was taking an additional day off. Expecting my truck to be serviced and ready for pick up I called sierra approx. 1:21pm on Wed the 8th. I was on hold for service exactly 14 minutes. I hung up and called again to wait for service 4 minutes. Finally I got my service representative on the line and was told my truck would not be diagnosed that day. I was expected to take a 3ed day off work for this. I asked about a loaner vehicle and one would not be provided since it was not diagnosed yet and some warranty issues. I had to go in an pick up my vehicle since I could not afford to miss another day of work. Disappointed in the lack of commitment to guest satisfaction to say the least. Service recovery doesn't seem to be a thing here. Will need to take my business elsewhere. Sad that this is my home dealership and the home where I purchased my new 2018 Chevy colorado.

Howard was incredibly helpful and polite. When he couldn’t find someone to retrieve my car, he made an effort to get it for me which I really appreciated. I’ve also been asking for a while now to have my contact information updated but it never was, today he updated it and I now get all notifications.

Jeffrey provided great service, such as letting me know that he would get to assisting me as soon as he was finished with the previous customer. He also kept me informed of when my vehicle was ready. I was also provided with complimentary rides. At pick up, a representative went over what was done to my vehicle, which I appreciated.

I had to initiate all contact to get a status on my truck. I never got a call telling me when it was ready for pickup. And when I said I would be there to pick it up, Brandon never told the service guys at the front I was coming and they were clueless. The communication over there is horrible! The down time observed of the employees behind the glass was annoying as there were customers not being helped. Your service is by far the worst ever, and has been that way for years, Sierra Jeep is the same. You obviously don’t care and have no desire to better your employees and service provided

I had a 9:15 oil change appointment and sat till almost 1pm waiting. This is the second time this has happened. Whats the point of having an appointment. Im done will never be returning

I scheduled an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I still had to wait 3 hours for just an oil change. The service advisor told me if I got the 30,000 mile service (over $400) my Tahoe would be done sooner. Really? What’s the purpose of scheduling an appointment? After my lease is up in 5 months, I’ll never purchase a vehicle from Chevrolet again. Horrible service. It’s the small things that make a difference.
